ENERGY/ENGINEER Filagot is founder of on energy consult, a licensed Engineer and a power sector expert. Filagot has various work experiences in engineering, construction, manufacturing, and energy – gender. She has been an independent consultant for various energy projects including Power Africa East Africa Energy Program, ADELE World Bank Program, Energy2Equal Renewable Energy (RE) of IFC, and improved cookstove and Special initiative jobs program of GIZ.
