Her major training is on women in development, training workshop on women; gender and development; personnel administration; capacity building workshop based on violence in sexual and reproductive health programs. Among her previous experience the notable ones are president of Ethiopian media women’s Association, editor of Addis Zemen Amharic daily news-paper, Information center head of Ethiopian Press Agency, Information center assistant at Ethiopian Press Agency; Head of women’s Affairs Department at Ministry of Information, editor: Women’s page on Addis Zemen Amharic daily newspaper and editor of Yekatit Amharic monthly magazine.
