Fanaye has a background in Law, Development and Gender and has been working in academia and the development sector for the past 16 years. She has worked in the development sector with a focus on Gender Equality and Social Equity, Building Resilient and Sustainable livelihoods through market based and climate smart approaches and Local Governance issues. She is currently working as the Country Director and Senior Expert-Gender and social Equity of Helvetas Swiss Inter cooperation.
