Aberash Tsehay woldegeorgis

Aberash has received her Master’s Degree in Management and Development with a specialization in social inclusion, Gender, and Rural livelihoods. She has more than 30 years of experience at NGOs and GOs. She has worked as a Program Coordinator, Department Head for Women in Development, Project Officer, and Home Economics Expert. She was involved in introducing small-scale improved postharvest handling, storage, and agro-processing technologies. She has played a role in job creation for rural women and youth by engaging them in threshing/shelling services and small scale agro-processing enterprises. She has facilitated training on postharvest handling, storage management, agro-processing, and human nutrition for farmers. She is currently working in Sasakawa Africa Association as Technical Coordinator for Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture.
